KT Solutions is owned and managed by Kevin Trueman, who started working in the clothing manufacturing industry in Wales in 1987. After nearly 19 years working for one company in a variety of management roles in the UK, Morocco and Tunisa, he left in late 2005 and set up his own business.

After 2005 Kevin provided support for small businesses, through I.T. Projects and Marketing and is Operations Director for DCS Ltd a U.K. national recruitment agency. Kevin has also provided consultancy services to clothing manufacturers and has done a number of projects in Turkey, Tunisia, Egypt and the U.K. for different companies. In 2009, Kevin went back to North Africa where he now operates his businesses from, thanks to modern technology and the shrinking world of communications.

KT Solutions also operates an office in Cardiff, Wales to provide support to the recruitment and back office aspects of the business both for itself and for DCS Ltd, who it continues to support and develop. With over 20 years experience in the clothing industry and 5 years experience in recruitment, the logical step was to combine the two skills and create a specialist Clothing, apparel, fashion manufacturing and retail recruitment specialist.

Working alongside Kevin for KT Solutions is his stepson, Ian Morgan, a recruitment specialist resourcer and on a part-time basis his son Sam Trueman, who administers the database and marketing functions.
